3.1 One Account Per Person. Each individual is permitted to hold only one hp788 account. Creating or attempting to create multiple accounts — whether under different names, email addresses, payment instruments, or devices — constitutes a breach of these Terms and will result in account suspension.
3.2 Accurate Information. You must provide accurate, complete, and current information at registration and update your account details promptly if any information changes. hp788 reserves the right to void bets and withhold funds from accounts that have provided false or misleading information.
3.3 Account Security. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials. Do not share your username or password with any third party. hp788 is not liable for losses resulting from unauthorized account access where you have failed to maintain adequate security of your credentials.
3.4 Account Currency. All hp788 accounts operate in Indonesian Rupiah (IDR/Rp). No currency conversion is applied; all displayed balances, bet amounts, and winnings are denominated in Rp.
4.1 Verification Requirement. hp788 requires all Members to complete KYC identity verification before any withdrawal is processed. KYC is conducted in accordance with our anti-money-laundering (AML) and counter-terrorism-financing (CTF) obligations.

5.2 Accepted Payment Methods. hp788 accepts deposits via the following Indonesian local channels: BCA, BRI, BNI, Mandiri, CIMB Niaga, OCBC NISP, BSI (Bank Syariah Indonesia), Bank Permata, OVO, DANA, GoPay, ShopeePay, and LinkAja.
5.3 Processing Time. Deposits made via local bank transfer and e-wallet are credited to the Member's account within 60 seconds under normal system conditions. hp788 is not responsible for delays caused by the Member's bank or e-wallet provider.
5.4 Own Funds Only. You may only deposit funds that legally belong to you. hp788 does not accept third-party deposits. Deposits originating from accounts not in the Member's name will be reversed and the account suspended pending investigation.
5.5 No Currency Conversion. All deposits are received and credited in Indonesian Rupiah (IDR/Rp). hp788 does not apply any currency conversion fee.
6.1 Minimum Withdrawal. The minimum withdrawal amount is Rp 50.000.
6.2 Verified Accounts Only. Withdrawals are only available to Members who have completed KYC verification (see Section 4). Unverified accounts may deposit and wager but may not withdraw until verification is complete.
6.3 Processing Time. Withdrawal requests to BCA, BRI, BNI, and Mandiri are typically processed within 1–5 minutes. Gold-tier loyalty Members receive priority processing with a target sub-2-minute timeframe. hp788 processes withdrawals 24 hours a day, 7 days a week, including Indonesian public holidays.
6.4 Matching Account Names. Withdrawals may only be made to a bank account registered in the exact same name as the hp788 account. Withdrawals to third-party bank accounts are strictly prohibited and will be refused.
6.5 Bonus Wagering. Funds originating from Bonus credits are subject to wagering requirements. Bonus Funds that have not met the applicable Wagering Requirement cannot be withdrawn. Any attempt to withdraw un-wagered bonus funds will result in forfeiture of those bonus funds.
6.6 Right to Delay. hp788 reserves the right to delay or suspend a withdrawal pending additional identity verification, fraud checks, or investigation of suspected irregular betting activity. Members will be notified of any such delay.
7.1 General Bonus Terms. All bonuses and promotional credits offered by hp788 are subject to these Terms and any additional conditions stated at the time of the offer. In the event of conflict, the specific offer conditions take precedence.
7.2 Standard Wagering Requirement. Unless stated otherwise, all Bonus Funds are subject to a minimum 10× (ten times) wagering requirement calculated on the bonus amount. For example, a Rp 500.000 bonus requires Rp 5.000.000 in total qualifying wagers before withdrawal is permitted.
7.3 Eligible Games. Not all games contribute equally toward wagering requirements. Slot games typically contribute 100%; live casino games typically contribute 10%; certain jackpot or specialty games may contribute 0%. Specific contributions are stated in each individual bonus offer.
7.4 Bonus Expiry. Bonus Funds that remain un-wagered after the stated expiry period will be forfeited automatically. No extension will be granted except at hp788's sole discretion.
7.5 One Bonus Per Member. Where a promotion is designated as a "new member" or "first deposit" offer, it is available once per person, per household, per IP address, and per device. Any attempt to claim the same promotional offer multiple times constitutes abuse and will result in forfeiture of all associated bonuses.
7.6 hp788 Reserve Rights. hp788 reserves the right to modify, suspend, or withdraw any bonus or promotion at any time without prior notice, at its sole discretion.
8.1 Bet Acceptance. A bet is accepted and confirmed only upon receipt of an on-screen confirmation message displaying a unique bet reference number. hp788 is not responsible for bets that fail to register due to connection interruptions.
8.2 Obvious Error. hp788 reserves the right to void any bet placed at odds that were posted due to manifest error (e.g., incorrect decimal formatting, data feed failure). Members will be refunded their stake in such cases.
8.3 In-Play Betting. Bets placed on live in-play markets are subject to a brief acceptance delay to account for latency. hp788 reserves the right to suspend in-play markets at any time without notice, including during live scoring events.
8.4 Asian Handicap (Voor Bola). Asian handicap markets eliminate the draw outcome. In the event of a match abandonment after the minimum qualifying period specified in the relevant sport's rules, handicap bets will be settled on the score at the time of abandonment, unless otherwise stated.
8.5 Mix Parlay. Accumulator (mix parlay) bets require all selections to win for the bet to pay out. If one or more selections are voided, the accumulator is recalculated with the remaining selections at amended odds.
8.6 Match Result Disputes. For all sporting events, the official result as declared by the relevant governing body (e.g., FIFA, PSSI for BRI Liga 1, FA for EPL) is final for settlement purposes.

11.2 To the maximum extent permitted by Applicable Laws, hp788's total aggregate liability to any Member for any claim arising out of or relating to these Terms shall not exceed the total amount deposited by that Member in the preceding 30 days.
11.3 hp788 is not liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of profits, loss of data, or loss of opportunity, arising from your use of the Platform.
11.4 Nothing in these Terms limits hp788's liability for fraud, willful misconduct, or any other liability that cannot lawfully be excluded.
12.1 hp788 collects, processes, and stores personal data in accordance with our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated by reference into these Terms.
12.2 By registering an account, you consent to the processing of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy, including for identity verification, fraud prevention, and responsible gaming purposes.
12.3 hp788 does not sell personal data to third parties. Data shared with payment processors (BCA, BRI, OVO, etc.) is limited to the information necessary to complete the relevant transaction.
13.1 All content on hp788 — including but not limited to trademarks, logos, software, game graphics, text, and design elements — is the intellectual property of hp788 or its licensors and is protected by applicable copyright and trademark laws.
13.2 You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to access and use the Platform for personal entertainment purposes only. No intellectual property rights are transferred to you.

14.1 By the Member. You may close your account at any time by contacting hp788 support. Account closure requests are processed within 24 hours. Any verified balance remaining at the time of closure will be returned to your nominated bank account or e-wallet, subject to standard withdrawal terms.
14.2 By hp788. hp788 reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any account, with or without prior notice, if:
14.3 Effect of Termination. Upon account closure, all pending bets placed from verified own funds will be settled normally. Bonus Funds that have not met the applicable Wagering Requirement will be forfeited. Verified real-money balances will be returned to the Member within 5 business days.
15.1 These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which hp788 holds its international gaming license.
15.2 In the event of a dispute, Members are encouraged to contact hp788 support in the first instance to seek an informal resolution. hp788 aims to respond to formal complaints within 5 business days (WIB).
15.3 If a dispute cannot be resolved informally, both parties agree to submit to the jurisdiction of the competent courts or arbitral bodies of the licensing jurisdiction. hp788 will cooperate with any dispute resolution process initiated by the relevant licensing authority.
15.4 These Terms constitute the entire agreement between the Member and hp788 regarding use of the Platform and supersede all prior representations, arrangements, or understandings.
